Longbridge Dining Club returns to the town centre on Saturday 13thApril, giving Longbridge residents and visitors the opportunity to try some of Britain’s tastiest street food.
This year’s Longbridge Dining Club has made its mouth-watering series of dining clubs bi-weekly – with award-winning food, craft beers, drinks, entertainment and Digbeth Arts Market available in the town centre from 11am-6pm.
The next event will feature food from the below traders:
Baked in Brick – serving its renowned wood-fired pizzas cooked in the hood of a converted Mini
Bournville Waffle Co – serving up freshly-baked waffles with a range of toppings, including white chocolate and raspberry, Nutella and banana and fudge and chocolate from a restored Mustang caravan
Cleopatra’s Kitchen – specialising in Egyptian street food with dishes including lamb kofte, Egyptian falafel and traditional donuts with dark Belgian chocolate
Fancy Fries – offering fresh, hand-cut loaded fries, homemade burgers and traditional fish and chips
Goody Gujarati – bringing a taste of Gujarat, India, with dishes including mini lentil bites (dhal vada) and homemade chapatis filled with curry and chutney (rolled rotli)
Manila Munchies – Fillipino street food classics such as BBQ pork (liempo) with butter vegetables, macaroni cheese or rice
Patty Freaks – the winners of ‘Best Burger’ at the 2018 Street Food Awards will be serving up their renowned steak patties with a variety of topping combinations
Platinum Pancakes – serving fresh pancakes with classic, indulgent and seasonal toppings
Sonora Tacos – the purveyors of gourmet Mexican street food will be serving up much-loved classics including burritos, tacos and quesadillas
Wandering Pizza Co – serving up wood-fired sourdough pizzas with mouth-watering topping combinations such as Cornish brie and caramelised onion chutney
Longbridge Dining Club is a family and dog friendly event and is free to attend.
