West Midlands Police received a report at 11:55am today (24th December) of Christmas food a children’s presents stolen from a garage in West Heath.

The family were heartbroken to discover all the Christmas food and toys for their three children, aged 3, 5 and 15, had been stolen from what was believed to be a secure garage.

The offenders ‘smashed the whole lock off’ to gain access to the garage situated at the back of the houses on Aire Croft, by the Fordrough.

Charlotte, mother of the children said: “so not only can I not spend Christmas day with my family because I chose to give up my time as a clinical support in a Children’s Hospital, they now wont have the presents or food I had securely stored in there!!!”
