Two Northfield teenagers were among four males to be charged in relation to a burglary in Hagley in the early hours of Wednesday (3rd October) morning. 

The four appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning (Thursday 4th October) and have been remanded in custody, to appear at Worcester Crown Court on 5th November.

18 year old Oliver Cooper of Northfield, was charged with attempted burglary, going equipped for burglary, two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen goods, car key burglary, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance. He was also charged with burglary in relation to an incident in Fenwick Close, Redditch on 17th June.

An unnamed 17 year old boy from Northfield was charged with attempted burglary, going equipped for burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen goods, dangerous driving and aggravated taking with consent. He was also charged with dangerous driving and aggravated taking without consent in connection with an incident on Hill Rise View, Lickey End, on 20th August.

Two men in their 20s, currently of no fixed address, have also been charged.

Connor Henderson, 22, was charged with attempted burglary, going equipped for burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen goods and handling stolen goods.

Ben Wilson, 23, was charged with attempted burglary, going equipped for burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen goods.
