West Midlands Police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed whilst talking to friends.

Police were alerted to reports that a teenage boy had been stabbed outside an address in Beilby Road, Stirchley at around 7pm on Monday 4th December.

The knife attack took place as the victim was talking to friends, an unknown group of men approached and stabbed him twice in his chest and once in the arm.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Two ambulances attended and treated a teenage boy who had sustained several injuries. Ambulance staff administered trauma care on scene before conveying the teenager to hospital for further treatment.”
