West Mercia Police seek information after a man was threatened and had his car stolen by three individuals.

The incident happened on Tuesday (8th August) between 7:35am and 7:50am in a layby on Twatling Road, Barnt Green/Lickey.

As the victim was sat in his grey Volkswagen Polo, registration VX16 LRJ, there was a knock on the passenger window by an unknown person. He got out of his car to investigate and noticed a further two persons stood about his car.

Offender one, who was described to be holding a large wrench type object, instructed the man to handover his keys and said “shoot him”. Offender two lifted his own top to unveil a bag, but no firearm was actually seen.

The Victim placed the keys on the ground and walked away as the three offenders, who each had their faces covered, got into the grey Volkswagen Polo and drove away towards Rose Hill.
