#B31JustRead: Travellers move on to Woodgate Valley


    Plans are being drawn up to evict travellers after they allegedly broke through security fencing and moved on to a wildlife haven in Birmingham.

    The convoy of around 20 caravans drove on to Woodgate Valley Country Park in the early hours of Sunday.

    The group were reported to have broken through a fence, which cost tens of thousands of pounds to install, to gain access via the corner of Clapgate Lane and Sommerfield Road.

      Also that fence did NOT cost that much lol b,ham city council have twisted the truth a lot there.

    2. I agree – they haven’t broke the fence down – they have some how opened the gate. Also they were seen coming onto the site Saturday night about 8pm.
