A Northfield based charity, which supports adults with learning disabilities in South Birmingham, has been awarded a quality mark for its advocacy work.
Citizen Advocacy South Birmingham Area (CASBA) provides advocates for adults with learning disabilities, to enable them to voice their needs, access relevant support and services and avoid abuse.
Operating from St Laurence Pastoral Centre, CASBA has been supporting the local community for 27 years.
CASBA has been awarded the nationally recognised, NHS backed Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM) from the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi).
