IMG_1008-0.PNGWest Mercia Police are investigating after a teenager had his mobile phone stolen in a robbery in a Rubery park this morning. (Monday 28th September)

Officers were called to Callowbrook Park just before 8.30am where a 13 year old boy had been punched in the face and had his mobile phone stolen

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “The offenders are described as two males aged around 16-18 years old, with a hood and scarf covering their faces. Enquiries are ongoing.”

Any witnesses to the incident, or anyone with any information, are asked to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting log number 95 of 28th September 2015.


  1. Sounds very similar description of the ones who punched my brother in the face they had face covered in scarf and I know they moved from west heath to rubery.

  2. West mercia should contact their colleagues in west Midlands in Bouenville nick and ask about an assault that occasioned actual bodily harm that occured in west heath around April/May.

  3. There needs to be bobby’s on the beat in Rubery. It’s turning into a law less village. Drugs being sold all over, and outside waseley school.
