The family of a young Mini enthusiast from Yorkshire are seeking the current owner of his beloved old Mini, who they believe may live in the Midlands, in the hope that they can get it to his funeral.
Alex Turner recently passed away, just before his 24th birthday, after struggling all his life with Cystic Fibrosis.
Alex's passion was the Mini and his brother, Ben, has taken to social media to try and locate Alex's old red 1985 Austin Mini registration C660 ABA, which it is thought was sold to someone in the Midlands around 18 months ago.
His family have also called for as many Minis as possible to attend Alex's funeral on the 8th of April in Dewsbury.
Please help Ben find Alex's Mini by sharing this post. If you own this car, or have owned it in the last couple of years, please get in touch with us or email Pride of Longbridge Community and Heritage Group at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you're a Mini enthusiast from anywhere in the country and would like to join Alex's funeral convoy, all the details can be found here: Funeral Mini convoy.
