It is a one-year course in which students explore a broad range of art and design practice from fine art, graphics, textiles, 3D Design and photography and be taught by experienced artists and designers.
The Open Evening provides the opportunity to meet course teachers, see facilities and find out more about the course.
Artist and Assistant Principal at Cadbury College, Andy Cookson, is one of the teachers on the course. He has been teaching Art and Design for over fifteen years and has exhibited his work nationally including solo exhibitions in London and the south east. He continues his artistic practice specialising in fine art painting and printmaking.
Speaking about the course, Andy said:
“Students on the course will have the chance to explore a range of specialisms within art and design in a very supportive and creative atmosphere. The course is ideal preparation for those wishing to continue onto degree level study in a creative field.”
