‘Smarter Network, Smarter Choices’ is a multi-million pound programme of sustainable travel (cycling, walking and public transport) schemes along ten key corridors in the West Midlands, not just to benefit congestion, carbon emissions and the economy, but also change hearts and minds towards travel. Each corridor will see a whole host of measures and physical improvements to encourage people to travel sustainably.
