Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG) can offer anyone aged 16-18 in the local area who isn’t in college, in a job or on a training course, the chance to access training on how to improve your employability skills and to gain recognised qualifications, in order to help you find a job.

  1. I have to visit this place, the other day a member of staff called a customer an idiot after coming off the phone to them, seemingly for the “crime” of them asking for an appointment in writing.

    Within a climate of benefit sanctions a bureaucratic error can be disastrous, it is essential that minor disputes just cannot occur. Pertemps do not seem to care to minimise the risk their customers are exposed to. Risk of not being able to feed or home themselves.

    I did call the employee out, it turned out the “idiot” is having a dispute with the company. So that makes it all OK?

    This is the reality of this business, not what their PR guff (paid for by tax-payers, natch) would have you believe.
