Residents of the Hollymoor estate in Northfield enjoyed a range of Halloween activities last week.
A Halloween themed family fun day was held at the Hollymoor Centre in Manor Park Grove. Organisers Friendship Care and Housing (FCH) housing association invited residents from the area to join in. Families enjoyed free activities including drinks and snacks, a bouncy castle, craft activities, music mixing and cycling activities.
Representatives of www.supatrax.co.uk were at hand to demonstrate and facilitate music mixing on the decks and helped youngsters work with computer images.
PCSO Simon Gittins from Longbridge neighbourhood police team was on hand to meet the community and offer security markings on bikes.
Representatives of FCH also set up an information desk, with leaflets and information on helpful subjects including financial management and benefits advice.
Despite the damp and cool weather, plenty of residents popped along to enjoy the community event, many in Halloween fancy dress.
