Need some help to maintain a healthy mind? Head Start sessions are now available, free of charge, through the Northfield Town Centre Partnership and Visit Northfield.
Available services include:
- Counselling
- Advice
- Specialist theraputic treatment
- Cognitive behaviour therapy and
- Emotional freedom technique.
