A local man has published a new book offering much-needed inspiration, guidance and encouragement to those struggling to find work – and keep it – in these challenging economic times.
Rob Ball is one of the directors of Rednal based Naturally Concerned, a company established in memory of his late wife Alison. All profits from the company are invested in animal conservation, a cause close to Alison’s heart, including the sponsorship of a leopard through the Africat Foundation in Namibia.
The company is run by Rob alongside his daughter Natalie, his new wife Tammy and Alison’s mother, brother and sister-in-law. They offer a wide range of services including human resources and business consultancy, event and media management and ethical travel to Africa.
The latest Naturally Concerned venture is a book by Rob, Tammy and Natalie Ball entitled Prepare to Impress: job hunting for the ambitious, frustrated, unemployed and those facing redundancy. The book provides expert advice, tips and training that any job seeker can take full advantage of, in order to hone their skills, their potential and their appeal to employers.
Other titles by the authors include Africa, Animals and Alison by Rob Ball, with Natalie Ball and Potency of People – a Little Book of Leadership Hints by Rob Ball and Tammy Williams, with Natalie Ball.
