Involve is a young people’s forum for the Northfield constituency. It gives 12 to 19 year olds from Northfield, Longbridge, Rednal, Weoley, Kings Norton and Frankley a voice on local issues that affect them.

The group meets every month in the Northfield Constituency office. The young people who attend have a say in decision making in the area. Involve also has funding to give grants to young people who need help setting up certain projects and activities and forum members play a part in deciding where this funding is allocated.

Supported by Birmingham City Council, Involve gives young people an opportunity to express their opinions on local youth issues and make their voices heard by constituency officers, local councillors and the MP Richard Burden.

Involve’s next meeting is on Tuesday 13th September at 5pm at Northfield Constiuency office 1-1a Vineyard Road, Northfield,B31 1PG.  (Entry is via the staff door at the back/side of the building – press the buzzer for the Constituency Office)

If you’re aged 12 to 19 and want to take part go along, or for more information contact Nadine Justice on 0121 464 3492 or email Nadeen.Justice@birmingham.gov.uk
